Eileen Aviza
General Manager

As General Manager Eileen takes great care of all our current members as well as bringing new members to our club. She came to Pleasant Valley after a successful twelve-year tenor at Glenn Ellen Country Club which was a very large semiprivate club. She managed a very large staff and hosted 1000 person events and tournaments. Eileen also had a long tenor in the hospitality
industry working at the Crowne Plaza Natick for fifteen years as a restaurant manager, sales manager in the social and corporate markets as well as in banquet operations.
Donna Libby
Director of Sales

Donna is responsible for managing all function events here at Pleasant Valley as well as the marketing of our venue. She is also responsible for our golf tournaments. Donna comes to us with extensive hospitality experience that comes from a 30-year career in the hotel industry. She has many years’ experience in operations, sales and opening of new properties. Her most recent tenor was opening a new Hilton Garden Inn however has been with Intercontinental Hotels, Wyndham, Great Wolf Resorts, boutique properties as well as Sterling Country Club.
Ed Moroz
Executive Chef

Ed Moroz is the Executive Chef at Pleasant Valley Country Club and oversees all culinary operations and staff to include Champions Restaurant as well as our functions. He graduated Florida Culinary Institute with a bachelor’s in culinary arts. Ed worked for The Four Seasons for fifteen years both in Palm Beach, FL and here in Boston.
