Facilities
We can accommodate any type of function, to include: Business Meetings and Seminars, Baby or Bridal Showers, Proms, Birthday Parties, Charity Events, Employee Recognitions, Memorial Service Receptions, Retirement Parties, Special Interest Group Meetings, Tour Group Events, Golf Outings, Wedding Receptions and Bar/Bat Mitzvah. A minimum of one hundred fifty (150) guests is required to reserve the Grand View Ballroom Saturdays and Sundays. Otherwise, there is a minimum of one hundred twenty-five (125) guests. We can however, accommodate smaller groups in the Greenside Ballroom, Club, East, or West Rooms. The tables will be decorated with white or ivory table linen and you may choose the napkin color that best complements your color scheme.

Please note that Pleasant Valley is a non-smoking banquet facility.

Beverages

Arrangements for beverage service are to be made through the Sales Office. All beverages must be supplied by Pleasant Valley and must be consumed on the premises.

Billing and Deposits

A deposit is required to guarantee all functions. Payment in full is required four (4) working days prior to your event. All prices are subject to an 18% administrative fee and a 7% meals tax. All prices are subject to change.

Audio Visual Equipment

Audio Visual aids such as projectors, screens, VCR's, etc. are available. Reservations and pricing for equipment are available through the sales office.
